UKIP NORTHERN IRELAND CHAIRMAN Councillor Henry Reilly has stated his confidence that UKIP will make substantial gains in Northern Ireland. We are unique in Northern Ireland in that we are a strongly Unionist Party but are open to everyone. We dont care if someone is Protestant, Catholic, Black or white our only qualification for membership is that you love the United Kingdom and believe it is a Nation worth fighting for using purely constitutional means. our local government election results in 2011 were a source of great encouragement with one Councillor elected and we got close to an Assembly seat in South Down. We have advanced to the point that a respected MLA David McNarry had the confidence to join UKIP in October 2012 and become our UKIP presence in the Northern Ireland Assembly. We are confident of a strong performance in the 2014 Euro Elections and elections to the new ‘Super Council’ elections to be held on the same day. UKIP in Northern Ireland is growing and gaining confidence with every day.
